From its beginnings in 1946 as Tony DePaul and Son, General Contractors, The DePaul Group has grown into a multi-faceted organization encompassing a wide array of successful businesses and industries. Real Estate and Construction have always been the primary focus of The DePaul Group, and it has been able to foster this mission through two of its companies: DePaul Management Company, a residential development and property management division of the DePaul Group, and ]udd Builders/Developers, which has constructed and developed more than 3,000 townhomes, twin and single family homes in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Since 1963, The DePaul Management Company has designed, built, and currently manages, several shopping centers, commercial office buildings, and 17 apartment communities consisting of approximately 5,000 units.

DePaul Group has also completed and currently manages numerous other major real estate projects, including: 9 assisted and senior living communities, country clubs in both Pennsylvania and Florida, and restaurants, catering and banquet facilities.
